Strawberry Oat Crumble

6 c. chopped strawberries
3/4 c. (or less) sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
dash of salt

3/4 c. oats
8 T. butter (softened)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 t. salt

Preheat oven to 425. Combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt and pour mixture into bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine oats, butter, flour, brown sugar, and salt with a fork. Crumble this over the strawberry mixture in the baking dish. Bake until the crumble is brown on top and fruit is bubbly, 25 - 40 minutes.
